Customer service sucks! Service department is rude! They will lose your car keys. They took a tire off my car that I purchased from some where else and lost it, You will leave very unsatisfied with their customer service.Please don't go when it's time for them to close their service department. Service techs are rude too!
I went to Nissan of Union City and was in and out in 2 hours with my new Nissan Altima! The experience was much better than alot of other dealerships that I've gone to. They were fair and accommodating. Mike Wilkins, Maurice and Velma made sure I was taken care of! Great staff! They also had a band playing right in their lobby with a full house! Kudos to these guys!

Them sorry fuckers ran my credit without my permission. I was out of town. I didn't sign anything. When I called they say they will call back but no call back.

Took my vehicle in because I had a nail in the tire and "Amy" in Service made sure everything was done as well as kept me updated. Service waiting area was clean and stocked. Everyone in the Service Department was professional and courteous.
