Love this place. I've had a couple if issues withth my A/C and they always fixed it Princess in the service area always double checks that my car was serviced correctly and the one time I came back she made sure it was fixed correctly before I had to get my kids from practice. Will always go to my Nissan of Union City!
WOW!!!! From the looks of these reviews your service departments need a overhaul... I was planning on making a car purchase through them. I'm glad I didn't....
It wasn't the best customer service, but it was okay in the end. The rep who checked me in Lamarques (not my normal rep) did not seem to know much other than trying to get more money out of the female customers because he obviously thinks that we do not know anything. Sadly he was incorrect. When I say that I need a cabin filter changed and you tell me no you mean an air filter...lol really. Well unlike some I had a good experience on yesterday ! I bought a 2015 Altima in March but I did get it from the Kia side with Ron Grimes ! They treated me right , yesterday was my first service appointment ! I was in & out in a hour & a half !;
Customer Service sucks. They will not answer their phone
