BEWARE! I was under the impression I was pre-approved. If they send you this text message it is definitely ONE of their tricks. I called Tiffany after this text message and she said my application was reviewed and I could come in to look for a car. I journeyed my way to Union City for my appointment with “Tiffany”, she never showed and I don’t think it was a real person. My experience at this dealership was very positive. I worked with Jordan Jacobs and he took great care of me with A+ service from start to finish. I had a 2015 Nissan Altima as a trade-in and they were able to get me into a new vehicle at a very good rate. The sales team, finance, and all other departments that I had an interaction with did a great job. Thank you Nissan, I love my new ride!
It is almost 2 hours after opening and nobody is answering my call. If you don't have a specific extension the recording hangs up with no option to leave a message. Very unprofessional.

This dealer refuses to do my brother's ABS module Safety Recall for free on a Nissan Maxima due to the removal of ONE bolt from an after market strut. Forget the fact that the car can catch on fire. Forget the LEGAL SAFETY RECALL. This is definitely not over.
purchased a new car June 29th, 2018 location has refused to pay state taxes on vehicle and now after going back and forth for over a month still nothing has taken place to clear things up. I've contacted corporate office filed a compliant. I'm filing a complaint with BBB regarding this location. State if Georgia will not issue a tag until taxes are paid

This is the worst dealership around! I’ve been here 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They said my car was done come to find out they didn’t rotate my tires again! The second consecutive time. Makes me wonder if they even changed my oil!!! The worst ever! Don’t buy cars from here!!
