I had a few issues with the car that I brought from union city.... but after I talked to the General Manager Sam, he has so kind, one of most caring business man that I have ever dealt with..... he just only gave me multiple options he actually fixed all the issues and I left Nissan Union City as a satisfied customer..... thank you Nissan Union City team and specially Sam...I appreciate all your help and attentions with me and my husband.
The bait and switch tactics which are used by the internet people who get the leads are horrible. The sales rep was the only saving grace here, didn't buy anything and doubt I will be back. Save your time and effort and go somewhere else!
Great place with friendly service. we take our car to get service all the time for service and they treat us with nice service all the time.
I️ follow up give them a call again wasn’t even able to speak to Monique. You could see on the tapes he was hostile and yelling across the room. I’m a 100 lb woman and he’s a man who has been hostile and yelling three times so if i want to bring witnesses next time i will nothing is being down the girl i just spoke to said”why did I come back up there.” Nothings being done I’m definitely going to keep until I️ speak to corporate because they keep telling me to talk to people ...Continue Reading
I bought a used mini van from Nissan of Union City about a month ago. The first minivan I chose was taken back to get detailed and they wrecked so they offered me another minivan at the same price. I was concerned about a BIG dent in the drivers side rear quarter panel of the minivan they offered but the sales manager said to bring it back and he would have his dent guy take care of it.
