I have dealt with Princess in the service center and she has been the consummate professional. She has handled every problem that I have had. I highly recommend this service department.

I went today, got out of my car as Princess proceeded to finish up conversation with another employee, about coffee (nothing important enough to ignore the customer)i had an appointment and was told there was a 1 and a half wait. She also said the system was down,so i couldn't use my points. I just told them to bring me my car back. She didn't seem to care one way or another. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They use the bait and switch on you after them calling me several times they emailed me two vehicles that I liked when I got there they didn't have either one but they did have something else for double the money. So glad I didn't buy anything from them beware I don't trust them.
