Ms. Raynes we agreed to fix the scratches but it is YOUR schedule that is difficult to work with not ours. Our guy is here on Saturdays and he came on Tuesday this week but you did not show. So we will reschedule but keep in mind we honor this for thirty (30) days. Hope to hear from you soon!
This is the only Dealership that I will come to from now on.
I was in Love with the service till I had to buy a tire, I paid for the tire and I thought everything was ok until my next oil change came around, we discovered I still had the same tire on the car all this time, they said no but yet it was on the paperwork that I need another tire. They are Liars, and now I still need another tire. Smh�. This happened in Newnan

I had the absolute worst experience here and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I’ve been calling for OVER 2 months to get a refund on my gap insurance (I sold the vehicle) and have left AT LEAST 15 voicemails on random extensions and have yet to hear back. I have also emailed the floor supervisor with my concerns and have not heard back. To top it all off, the receptionist is absolutely useless. I always have a great experience with Nissan, my service provider will make your experience pleasant. They offer premium beverages and snacks.
I attempted to contact Nissan of Newnan with the number listed on the internet. The phones were transferred to this dealership. I explained that I was trying find out about my car in Newnan and I was laughed at and berated by the receptionist that had zero people skills. She didn’t even offer to transfer me back to Newnan. I will be reporting this to her management.
