I recently had some issues with my tag. The accounting office at Nissan of Union City went above and beyond to help me. They made to sure to keep me in the loop, kept me as a top priority, and settled the issue immediately. They were professional at all times. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I'm going back to Nissan of Union City.

By far the MOST unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. I have been calling for TWO WEEKS trying to simply get the contact information for the Gap Insurance company. I'm not receiving return phone calls. I ask to speak to the General Manager, this person is NEVER there and never clears his voicemail box so I can't even leave a message. RUN to Nalley or another Nissan dealership, this place is a JOKE!
I am here now getting my car serviced. Love Nissan of Union City.

I posted a great review and taking it back. Horrible! This is my 3rd time here in a month for the same issue. And now I'm in the waiting area and have been here for an hour and my car has not even moved from the drive up area. Pissed!
