Roland was very helpful. We went in with a pre qualified certificate from Capital One. Told them the Jeep we wanted, test drove it and gave them info to run credit for approval. Went to work. Called the next day, confirmed approval with first months payment. Took a little over an hour to sign purchase agreement.
I needed a new car after my old car was totaled. Bob Staley sold me my first Toyota 3 years ago and he just sold me my second one. His attention to detail and all of my requests is commendable. He's friendly, not pushy and wants to make sure I'm walking out the door with the best car for me. What a dealership! I pulled in while on a long trip due to a warning light. Right when I drove into the service bay, David Marchant and Clay met with me. And you guess it - the warning light went off. I had a photo of the warning light and they could confirm that I could continue on my trip safely. Oh by the way, Clay provided a car wash for me.
