Me and my husband walked around the lot for close to 45 min and not one person came and asked if we needed help. We went with the intention on test driving 3 different SUVs with the hope of finding our new car. Will be for sure be going else where

Scheduled routine maintenance that should have taken no more than 30 minutes. 1 hour and 20 min later someone finally talked to me. Still work to do but should be done soon. When I asked what took so long he explained the 7 people per hour service he had to do and since the rep I was assigned to couldn't do my car at the time I got reassigned giving him more to fit in. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person in my life.
I bought a 2010 ford explorer from them. There moto to treat you like they would there family is wrong. My explorer broke down 28 day afer buying I had to take it to a ford dealer to have 1000 dollars worth of stuff fixed. Now after a week of having it out of the shop i will have to take it back to have more work done on it. Called and talked to several people at toyota and explained the problems from the sales man to the finance guy I worked with. I need to say thank you to Toyota's service department. I had a headlight out and needed it changed before a trip north for my son's transplant testing. Service was super busy but Joe and Travis still took 10 minutes to change both lights, not knowing why it was so important that my lights get fixed. It was one less thing I needed to worry about this week. You guys never fail to impress!
Toyota of Des Moires is the BEST service department I have ever been to. They do what you ask without trying to rip you off. They continuously ask if people need shuttled anywhere. The waiting area has donuts, has a Kerig coffee machine, iPads, and computers. Don't know when and if I will be able to upgrade to a newer vehicle but I will be coming here first!
