I came in because I was recommended by both my parents who just bought two new cars from Dan. He was seriously the best sales person I've ever worked with. He was incredibly nice, and 100% honest with me from the get go. I also had the pleasure of working with Dallas who was also very nice and fantastic to work with. They both made the process of getting into a newer car much easier and stress free. Thanks again Dan and Dallas!

Went today with my friend who was in the market for a car. Charlie was her salesman - he was so patient and took my friend's concerns/needs into account when finding her the right car. He took the time to explain everything and made sure she felt comfortable with the experience. The finance person was equally great - he worked hard to give her a good deal on a brand new car, something she was not expecting to be able to get. These people are THE BEST...I bought a great vehicle and thought all hope was lost when I hit a deer and totaled it...Todd and Chad have been absolutely amazing in helping me figure things out and getting me into another great vehicle!! I took my car to get maintenance here for a regular oil change appointment. They called me and told me that my check engine light was on and would cost 100$ to run a diagnostic to figure out the issue and then would cost extra depending on the problem. However my check engine light was NOT on when I dropped my car off. They denied they did anything and would not check the engine for free. I will not be going back here.
I think this is the friendliest car dealership around. I encountered 5 different people and ALL of them gave superb customer service with a smile. Not to mention they make great cars and do all they can to help you take care of them. I most certainly will be a loyal Toyota of Des Moines customer!!
My first experience with Toyota was great. Michael Jobe did an amazing job with all the questions I had and was by no means pushy!. I picked out the RAV4 on Wednesday, and Thursday was in signing paperwork. Only little annoyance I had was having to wait half and hour past the set appointment to get with the finance guy. Michael did a good job being out there on the floor with us and chatting it up as well as checking to see if the finance guy was ready.
