Horrible service!!!WILLIAM GODWIN the salesman is so rude for a guy his age !!!
They suck! We took are Avalon in at 77,000 miles, under warranty complaining car wouldn't start unless you turn ignition twice. They said nothing was wrong with it. Now it's a few miles out of warranty and needs head gaskets or valves replaced! Always wanted a Toyota and I so regret it. Toyota Corparation said they have heard that before! That Toyota of Des Moines has poor service.
Somehow I've ended up on their marketing/services email lists, with no option to unsubscribe. I don't own a Toyota (never have,) the messages are getting annoying, and I've called 3 times to have it fixed with no resolution.
They are true professionals!! Best in the car business, will buy exclusively from Toyota of Des Moines and would highly recommend!
Too bad there isn't a NO STAR option. Phone charger missing after my service on Nov. 28, 2014. Service manager assumes I lost it. It has never left the car since I put it in after I purchased it. In fact, I was using it on the way to service appt. Have driven Toyota vehicles for many, many years. Never again.
They helped me out with my frozen washer fluid and had my car ready when promised!
