I worked with Travis Bergeson, the service manager to have the transmission serviced in my Tundra. I had a good experience and everyone including Travis was very patient and professional in answering all of my questions and dealing with my skepticism. Any maintenance work I cannot perform myself on my pickup I will be taking back to Toyota of Des Moines.
