My wife who is not on FB was in Des Moines last week working. As she was exiting onto 141 to come home to Fort Dodge she ran over some debris in the highway. This resulted in a flat tire. Since she’s never changed a flat tire she walked over to Toyota. Kirk came to her rescue and changed her flat. He then drive her car to the dealership to check her pressure. When she asked what she owed she was told nothing “that’s what we are here for”. Thank you Kirk and Toyota. First class
My daughter and I to, had a most pleasant experience with Toyota of Des Moines. Trey Porter, Salesman and Chad Millhollin, Business Manager, both worked together, to get my college student daughter the best leasing deal, she could afford. My daughter drove down from Omaha, to renew her lease, with a new 2018 RAV4. What a great business, great people and a great vehicle. What a great feeling, as a parent, to see a daughter, so happy. God I wish I could rate 0 stars on fb! Toyota dsm is constantly on the commercials saying approved with $350 weekly paying job. Well no you don’t. You have me fill out credit apps without even letting me drive a car and when I do finally drive it, I’m a bother to you guys. Don’t think I’ll ever come back here!
Worst experience. I will drive to Kansas City before I let them clean my windows... I have never felt so disrespected and I believe it was because I am from out of town. Filing a complaint with corporate. If you want great service go to Adams Toyota in Lee's Summit Missouri. I guarantee you will be treated with respect and dignity.
