RecommendedA lot of suv and used car ur choices
poor customer service- they should treat all customers with respect, sell their cars, not pick appart competition with erroneous facts. remember the customer doing research or looking, may be a buyer if treated well
It's very difficult to get a Service advisor via phone. I called to get an estimate for a front end alignment. Finally got a gal who had to take a message. She could not even tell me the hourly shop rate. Service on my 2016 Tacoma has been lack luster. After the warranty ended, I stoped taking it there. Of course then there was the time they dropped one of my vintage Land Cruisers off their lift from about 4ft. in the air. That ended up in a law suit that lasted three years.
The keyed / scratched car
I had the BEST experience today. Trey Porter went out of his way to help me. He stuck with me when I was wishy washy on whether I wanted to trade. He is FANTASTIC and AWESOME!!! I highly recommend everyone to go to Toyota of DSM. If you do ask for Trey. You will not be disappointed!!
Toyota of Des Moines has proven to be a great experience for my family. We have a new baby and a small budget, but we still felt cared about and respected. Shout out to Tom and Scott!
