My friend bought a car, and 1 week later they called her saying THEY made a mistake and she needs to pay them $10,000 more!!! This is after a purchase agreement was signed and deposit check was cashed. Since them they have been harassing her.

We pulled in our 2015 Prius V, walked in to what seemed like salesmen snickering. It made us feel like we didn't have the money to afford a newer one. The only salesman who even acted like he cared was an Asian man. He even followed us to make sure he helped with what he could. He said he had only been there for about 6 months. We probably won't be back.
