My husband and I had the most pleasant experience we've ever had when buying a car! Ken Bright was our salesman, and he was very nice, knowledgeable (he's been selling Toyotas for over 30 years!), not pushy, and a pleasure to work with! They accepted our offer on a 2017 Camry, and we financed it through Toyota for 1.9% APR. With Wi-Fi, a phone charging station, and free hot chocolate, even our kids were happy. :) I highly recommend Ken and just hope he doesn't retire before I need a new Sienna!
The sales person was not very helpful. Sold us a car that was not on the lot and took three days to tell us that the car was not available. Cashed my down payment check and haven’t refunded it in a week. Never seems to have accurate info. First about the availability of the car and now regarding if a check was mailed to me or not. Toyota of Bellevue was much better to deal with.
Worst customer service ever. All I wanted to know was if a certain car I seen online was still available and I never received a response through text or messenger and when I called I was put on hold 3 times just for no one to answer.
Rebecca in the service department is always super professional and friendly. I enjoy seeing her for my service appointments and think that she is a great asset to Toyota of Des Moines.
My wife posted this review from our experience on Saturday but Toyota Des Moines deleted her review so I'll post it again so others can see.... � We were left stranded over 100 miles from home on a holiday weekend with almost every other tire place closed on New Year's Eve. We got a flat tire on our way from CR to Des Moines and called Toyota in DM immediately. We were told they could help us, no problem. Upon arriving and talking to a nice guy about replacing 2 tires, we were told to wait inside. After waiting almost an hour we were told they didn’t have time to replace even the spare one and were sent on our way (without even a recommendation). SUPER DISAPPOINTED, as I have been a Toyota supporter for years!! ��
Toyota of Des Moines offered us the BEST deal without the hassle of any back-and-forth rubbish. This made us feel like they really valued our time. We aren’t local so most of the business was done by phone/email. It was GREAT!!! J.R. Hickenbottom was fantastic. He listened to our needs and quickly delivered.
