Horrible customer service! I couldn’t get my license plate off because of a couple screws were WAY TOO TIGHT! They got one off, but said I would have to make a service appt, take up to 2 hours and PAY THEM $120!! They said they would have to drill out the screw, blah, blah, blah. I went to Goodyear on Hickman and in less than 2 MINUTES, they removed the screw (whole) and did it for FREE! I’d heard Toyota of DSM had crappy customer service, but no problems in 4 years until now. I will NEVER RECOMMEND these guys! Rotten, rotte... read more
Today I was informed by the service department receptionist that I would have to schedule and pay for a service appointment to change the dead battery in my fob. Soonest they could schedule me in is Monday the 17th. Seriously?? Was able to stop by Wilson Toyota in Ames without an appointment and no charge for changing the battery. In and out in two minutes. Save your time and money, make the trip to Wilson Toyota.

they are long lasting I really like my older 2003 Toyota . I'm sure they will work with you to find what fits you.
So far not very happy all the way around. Hylander with 6,000 miles dead in my garage. Told by service department to call roadside assistance to get it towed and they told me 120 minutes at 7:30. I call back at 9:50 no show so far after the 120 minutes and am told another 120-180 minutes of a wait. So now it is going to be afternoon before it gets there and we leave for a trip tomorrow. Not happy at all!
