First time car buyer here, and Toyota of Des Moines, especially the sales agent I worked with (Kevin Scheidler) made the process that I assumed would be a scary and day-long one into one of the most informative and enjoyable experiences I could have imagined. The finance agent (Marcy) I worked with also did a fantastic job of making my payments and warranties affordable and customizable to my personal needs. 5/5!!!

I don't know what the issue is. I feel like I have to use a credit card in order to buy a vehicle. I was told I needed a cosigner not having enough credit, but I am not someone who uses a lot of credit for a lot of reasons. So I am very confused by this. I really loved the vehicle I test drove, but they suggested I try to get into a way more expensive vehicle that I can't/don't want to try to afford. The one I test drove was very ideal for my needs. Have there service manager listen to the owner of the car when they tell him something is wrong with the car, like water in trunk for no reason, and wetness in the driver side door with a musty odor. Then tried to roll my husbands head up in the window when he was smelling it. Let the customer know there toyota care is done /expired in February and this time you will pay for the 20,000 mile check up. Will never do business or send any friends or family to this dealership.
up front on costs...great chairs to sit on...free coffee and donuts IF YOU WANT SOME. Very clean place.
10/10 recommend! Called and bought vehicle within 24 hours! Traveled from another town and communicated we would be a little late to pick up vehicle and they graciously stayed a little late to make sure everything went smooth and to finalize my purchase!! Such a great team and couldn’t be happier with how helpful they were! We love our new vehicle!
if youd like to not have the services completed they say they do, or have them cause issues to your car so that you've got to pay 3 times the amount to take it home and do it yourself then this is a great place to go. it's a 0lace to leave money have nothing done go to the store pick up your own parts and fix it yourself. theyl never admit they do anything wrong and only care if they can lie to Toyota to fake earn a customer service award by. ot reporting real issues or caring to acknowledge they exist. worst place ever to g... read more
