They diagnosed my Truck but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. But that didn't stop them they went out of their way to make sure they found the problem and to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work guys!

Made a noon appointment on 4/26 for a 5K service and showed up at 11:55 AM. It is now 1:40 PM and my truck is still waiting to go in for the "tire rotation"... Asked Joe what the hold up was and was told it has been this way all day. If that is the case, why not tell me when I got here and give me the option to reschedule??? To make matters worse, it has been 20 min. since I asked what the delay was and here I sit, with no explanation or anything. Not the best first impression for a new owner... Total disappointment!!!
