They've had my car for 8 days! Brake job, tune up and front tire sensor. They supposedly replaced the sensor and said 4 other things popped up wrong! But their expert mechanic cannot figure it out so they called someone at Toyota?! Said could be this other expensive part! Waiting to hear from them. Called service manager Tim today.....no call back! Please see my 7/13/17 Updated post! Review changed after their efforts to resolve issues with teamwork on all fronts.

First purchase from Toyota of Denton. Extremely long wait (over an hour) to get financing paperwork ready for signature after approval and even longer make-ready wait time. Hopefully servicING times will be better or will find another service center and future purchases.

I've been taking our 2010 Sequoia here for over 7 years and am always pleased with the service I receive. They've earned my trust by telling not only about things that need repair now but things that will come up in the future. While my warranties expired miles ago, I'll continue bringing our SUV here.

We've always had great service at Toyota of Denton. Our 2010 Camry now has 179,000 miles on it, and has required very little service except oil changes and some recalls, but we've always been pleased.
I just purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Denton. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff members are all professional, and treated me with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Toyota of Denton. Thanks to Alex, Muhammad, Roland, and Faith for their help!
Great staff and service. I made the appointment online, got confirmation on the time I chose, and love the way I was treated like a queen while we waited. The lobby is clean, coffee and fresh donuts, coloring books and a television set in an area set aside for the kids made it a good experience. Thanks Toyota

Just got my car back from having service done at Toyota of Denton. It is a 2003 and is just now needing some service for A/C, etc. Joe did a great job and kept us informed every step of the way. It took several days because they had to order some parts, but we knew that up front, so we were prepared. From the phone call to schedule my passenger airbag replacement to the end of installation I have had excellent customer service from everyone at Toyota of Denton. Kate and Donna were extremely helpful. When I arrived for the service I was quoted 3 hours. The actual time was 1 hour and 40 minutes. I was completely surprised and pleased. I recommend the service department team highly.
