Just bought 2 new cars... this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were honest, gave me a good deal (excellent deal), they gave me exactly what we discussed and didn't try anything sneaky once we got there... finance was easy (and not painful)... the dealership really worked to make us feel valued as a customer and get us what we wanted. Highly recommend them

They are just like other car dealers. Promise the world until you gave them the high ratings on Toyota survey. Then they forgot all promises. My 2015 New Seinna was not detailed and salesman Raphael picked up today to correct it 2nd time. He brought car back after 4 hours with nothing done period. VERY BAD ATTITUDE by Raphael Munoz. Will complain with Toyota.

Awesome people to do business with if you're in the market for a new Toyota, they also have some nice used vehicles as well.
Confirmed price and financing (0%) with the same person 3 times before going in to purchase. When we went in to purchase, we confirmed the price and financing again (still the same person) right before he went to get the line item sheet. When he returned with it, price went up $1,100. I asked why, he said we lost a rebate due to 0% financing. Comical. We walked immediately, and while leaving he actually said we never talked about financing. Lol. I bought a used car. So I guess I don't matter. Wrote a check for cash. They told me they would put gas in it because it was on empty. They took it to detail before I left and get some gas. Came back with no gas and looked like washed in mud. Had three days and check engine light came on. Took to service yesterday for them to look at today. And it's now 5:30 @ night and no one is letting me know what's going on or returning my calls. Worst service ever . Don't recommend buying a car or using service department.
