Went in for an oil change. 3 hours later was told I needed over 7000.00 worth of repairs on my 2006 Toyota convertible. They were nice enough to take me back and point out everything that was wrong with the car but she isn't worth the 7000.00. So while I was sitting there waiting I get a call from a sales person offering to set me up with a new car. I said unless you have a convertible I am not interested. My salesperson, Mohammed Bhat, top notch. The finance person, Roland Aaron, a complete jerk. I almost walked away from the deal. I see his name in other posts here....All negative. The GM, Scott Fly, needs to initiate some serious customer service training.

Rafael was awesome. Everyone went above and beyond to get us in our 2016 Rav 4. We drive to Denton for service as well. They just take care of us better than any other local Toyota dealership we have dealt with...oh and they offer the power train warranty which is awesome!
It's so sad to read what I have read in these reviews. People are so quick to say anything negative but never really anything positive. Just bought my first new car from Holly Cottles and was very pleased. I returned a few days later to have my windows tinted and the service department was fabulous also!! I will definitely refer friends and family to buy here!!!
Best experience buying a Toyota so far, number 4 BTW. Open honest and took the time to do it right. Bought a new 2016 Highlander and couldn't be happier.
