I really feel like they must offer commission, I was told I needed to replace all filters and get an alignment. Went with their recommendation and was told again in less than 5,000 miles that I needed the same. Also the price of services change depending on who you speak with. They Grossly overcharge for various services. Also refused to clear a maint required light after I came in for my 5,000 mile tire rotation and balance, due to the "tires are too worn and the light won't go off until they are replaced." Always short on people. Waiting way too long to get checked out after truck is done. Car wash sucks!

Best dealership I have ever gone to. Friendly , clean , not pushy. They work with your budget to give you the best deal.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They lie so easily and get caught doing it and try to cover it up. Lionel I believe talked to me on the phone and his attitude was so arrogant and obnoxious. Bought my highlander there 3 years ago and I am so done with them. If you are reading this, learn some manners on how to talk to a lady. Now that I am reading all the other reviews, they all make sense. Jerks! However Ernest was a real gentleman.
These people are a bunch of crooks! Taking advantage of a person who bought two vehicles and sent my parents and two of my kids who also purchased vehicles from them. My daughter actually purchased two from them. I found out after the purchase of the second vehicle from them with promises of extended service and coverage warranties as supposedly incentives to buy the second one that I was actually charged for those incentives! Avoid Faith and Jarrett. They don't return calls. Email questions haven't been answered. Faith blew off a scheduled morning meeting. We'll lease our RAV 4 somewhere else.
