We worked with Pat and Roland to purchase a used vehicle, and they were the best. It was the best buying and financing experience we've ever had among several other dealerships. We will be back and we will request them to work with again.

I went in for my Toyota care oil change and tire rotation and had a few questions regarding my lease. Patrick from the sales department was outstanding, hands down! He answered all my questions about lease to buy v. Leasing again after mine was up. He was informational and patient, great customer service. I hope he is still at this location when it's time for me to purchase another Toyota! I am always satisfied when I leave Toyota of Denton, they have always taken great care of me!

A/C blower fan went bad on my 2016 Tacoma with 13k on a Saturday. Brought it to service and Andy took a look at it. He determined that it needed to be replaced. Only problem is that the replacement is on "inter-galactic backorder". He set me up with a free loaner. 2 weeks later, I'm #211 of 300 on the waiting list. And they are just fine me driving their Highlander. Every contact I've had in the service and parts dept has been great. I highly recommend this dealerships Service and Parts Departments.
