Every time I go Toyota of Denton I get excellent service. Seriously. Most often I deal with Alex Corado, one of the service agents. Alex is professional and informative. He listens to me and solves my service issues. Alex is great but so is everyone else that I've dealt with at Toyota of Denton. I know I sound a bit like a commercial but it's important to me to have someone that I can trust with my car and keep me informed with what's going on during the service. I had my airbags replaced due to a recall and the folks at Toyota of Denton could not have been more courteous or friendly. I did not buy my car from them, but they treated me as it I was “one of their own”. Thank you Toyota of Denton!

Went in for prepaid service on my 2015 Avalon XLE (which was bought at another local Toyota Dealership). The folks were very welcoming and very quick in getting me in and out! Very pleased!

This place is awesome. Not only is their facility a great place to hang out while getting service the service to the Toyota owner is treated like wish to be treated. They keep track of when your vehicle is due for service and help you do only what’s necessary. For me, that build trust! That’s what I what from my service center! Carlos was a great help. Very humble but very efficient. Thanks Carlos! Great job over this past year.
