my car had a recall, was told I could get a shuttle back to work, at most wouldn't have to wait more than 10-15 mins and they even have a back up shuttle just in case, was told the marked me for a shuttle and that it was important since I had to get back to work I waited 20 mins and asked for an ETA and was told it would BE ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!.. long story short I waited 30mins before calling for a ride from a friend. remembering why I stopped coming here for service... not the first time I had to wait way longer than I was ... read more

Service department is always friendly and helpful. Took my RAV4 in for service and went to talk with the Will, the sales rep who sold it to us and told him to keep his eye for a used truck that was in a certain price range. He told me they just got one in that was in that range and next thing I know they are working on a deal for me! Went in for an oil change and came out with a nice new truck!
