Pushing 2 hours for an oil change. I was promised I’d be out in an hour when I scheduled the appointment. I wasn’t kept informed of the progress. I had to search someone out to find out what was going on with my car.

I needed a new car (see used) post collision from a third party, after much research I found the car I wanted at Toyota of Denton - Sonata hybrid, though there were some issues and hurdles along the way through the purchase process, in the end I feel what is important and deserves note and 5 stars is that they honored their word and commitment with a handshake, P.S. Jared the sales rep is most definitely the nicest sales person with the coolest personality I have ever met...

Dishonest dealership. Bought my wife’s RAV4 with 300 miles. We did the paperwork the night before receiving it. They had to bring it from another location. The paperwork we signed said it had 0 miles. They sold us the car as new. We tried again with a Tacoma truck. They agreed to fix the chips in the windshield. After about a month and a half I was able to get them out to “fix” the chips. The chips are still there and it looks like they just put super glue in them. It took and 3 minutes.
