No 2nd key! The experience was merely okay however when I was about to leave it was revealed that there was only one key for the car. The least they could have done is provide a free or discounted second key. I'm not very happy about that
Good plan a yo buy a car Good customer service and the workers are friendly and they work hard to met your need. Mr Napoleon was great and at the end of the day we were all happy.

2019 Camry Smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced! Everyone was professional, honest, and courteous. Highly recommend using this dealership. I drove from out of town to purchase from here.
Bad experience Really bad experience. 2.5 hrs wait for oil change. Ridicules. Service perosn liers. Had a coupon for buy one get one free oil change. Used it paid $75 for oil change. Went back for free oil change after 10k miles. They will not honor it. Saying its expired. How its expired if I had paid for it already. Service manager the same lies. Dishonest people. Will not buy anything from them

Sales/new and Service In the new car leasing department and service department, they are quite adept at tearing customers like ghosts. Gold star for pretending to be considerate to the customer. Failure to review the amenities of the newly leased vehicle release upon drive off.
3rd Times The charm Went to 2 other Toyota Dealers before coming to Toyota of Dallas, and for various reasons we were unable to go home with neither THE car we really wanted nor with the peace of mind that we were dealing with honest people looking out for our best interest.
