Sneaky managers, uninformed sales personnel I was offered a price of 24k on a car that I knew I wanted. They beat my local offer by a $1000. Too good to be true. I still made the almost 4 hour drive to find out the sneaky managers used that number as bait and tried to sell warranty, package, etc and price went up considerably. I declined all that and they changed the price of car saying it's not worth a deal for them, losing too much blah blah blah. Financing is sloppy not reliable After 3 weeks a new vehicle we purchased at Toyota of Dallas this dealership isn't able to complete and failed to do the payoff of the Toyota I traded in, the delay is causing damage to our credit with the financing institution, absolutely no one is taking responsibility into this matter, absolutely upset over this situation.
