very dishonest Did not keep promise about leasing price. Be sure to get everything in writing before signing any documents BECAUSE THEY FORGET WHAT THEY PROMISE. ALSO TOYOTA OF DALLAS COLLISON CENTER TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN THE ESTIMATED PRICE FOR REPAIR. I WILL NEVER BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM TOYOTA OF DALLAS AGAIN-THEY DO NOT KEEP THERE WORD AND THEN WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE.
Sloppy Work April 10, 2018 I came in for the 5,000 mile service on my RAV4. I had an appointment. I was there for over two hours, in the noisy TV area, waiting for my car. Then I waited on the paperwork. Once I got in my car, I had to wait seven minutes for other cars to be moved so I could drive off. When I got home, I found that all four of the valve caps were barely screwed on. Then I checked the tightness of the lug nuts since the tires had been rotated. They are there to help! After some discouraging experiences with other dealerships, I was called by them and I was told they could help. The person who helped me was Martin and he helped me through the entire process. He was genuine, professional, and most importantly, helpful. He helped me get my car without obstacles even though I have bad credit. After everything, I have a car to get to work, for my family and for a reasonable price. Can't say enough good things about Martin as he was truly a helpful person. Thank you

Excellent, great quality My experience today was awesome. I was not looking to buy a car but I ended up getting one. My wonderful salesman, Jesse Williams made this possible.
