Great people that’s actually care about your experience Had issues with getting the car I wanted from another dealership and found the car I wanted from Toyota Dallas at a better price with everything I wanted. They helped me every step of the way with getting my trade in vehicle back from the other dealership and I felt as though everyone even the managers helped me get out of what would have potentially been a bad deal with the old dealership. Don't even stop by to look, you may end up Ubering back! I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years, and have bought few cars in DFW area. Toyota Of Dallas turned out to be the worst experience while buying a car. I am a female in my 30s, and was treated like i am an idiot (let me assure you, I am not). They sold me a car that had a service light come up few days later, once in reverse-it makes a thumping noise, drinks gas like its a hummer (certainly doesn't look like one). Great Sales Staff at Toyota of Dallas The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. No sales pressure tactics. Test drove the cars I liked and then decided based on facts. The sales person even took me to eat while we waited for the paperwork. Great experience!
