True To Their Word We negotiated a trade for a 2017 Toyota Sienna via telephone & email. It was done "sight unseen." So we drove to Dallas (6 hours one way) to make the trade. Upon our arrival, true to their word, we made the transaction exactly as agreed. We are very pleased!

Very impressed with the ToD Service Department! After being very disappointed with the service department where I live and purchased my vehicle, I decided to try the Service Department at Toyota of Dallas. I was very impressed with my Service Advisor, Leesha Barnes (now with Cowboy Toyota) and her boss, Service Director Gary Loth. They solved the 18 month old problem that the "other" dealership failed to fix despite repeated attempts. Even though ToD is 5x further, I will be going back (also thanks to 635/Tex Express too!)

Good Salesmanship Salesman was very good couldn't get to where we needed in payment but found another we could afford. To get to be financed took way too long

Three Lies in Thirty Minutes! Three lies in thirty minutes! On Friday May 26, 2017 I went to Toyota of Dallas and negotiated a deal to buy a new Tacoma Pickup truck. I worked with Syed Jafri "Sam" the salesman and he told me the truck was available for delivery that day. In the price we negotiated, I was told there would be a $750 destination charge which was added to the final price.
