First and last impressions First impression, get ready to be handled by a salesman. Think of all the possible tricks of the trade and they will make sure they have two/three reps trying play you.... they were nice, just felt so insincere.... I got what I want I went to a couple of dealers and made an offer on a truck that my wife wanted. The other dealers up to this day ... they say that they would think about it. This dealer within 2 hours call me and said Come and pick up your truck for the price that I offered them. Awesome Great service , friendly people , I would say NO HASSLE garantee. Thanks Alex

Pushy sales managers and poor follow up Upon arriving at this dealership needing a car i was helped by the sales associate Yanairy. She was well knowledgeable and had a great presentation so much so that I was considering purchasing one of the three cars she showed me. I was planning to leave and talk it over with my family and cosigner when a very rude manager came over and continuously tried to pressure me into a sale. Almost I dealt with Julio and bought a used 2013 Toyota Tundra it seems to be a good vehicle and the overall buying experience was pretty good quick and straight up.

Great help from Syed, Thomas and Patrick Sorry doing this on an iPhone so please excuse grammatical mistakes. I emailed in about a Toyota 4Runner TRD Premium vehicle. Syed had the info out to me that day and had the car on hold. I wasn’t planning to make it in until Friday but I came in last minute on a Thursday. Avoid at all costs Avoid this dealership at all costs. I've had my previous car serviced here before - bought the extended maintenance plan so it covered oil changes and basic care. While the staff have always been courteous, there was always an issue with the service. Bolts holding the components around the the engine were never replaced. Completely removed and never returned the air filter screws (had to use industrial zip ties to keep the lid in place while we ordered new screws). Minor scratches to the cloth interior.
