Not keeping the word what promised even in writing Don’t waste your precious time and money go to a different dealer. I bought many cars before and I had to say the way I was treated at Toyota Dallas left me stressful for next 3 days. I will never in my life do business there or recommend to anyone. Knowing how nagotiating can be fraustraring for the passed few cars, I would deal with dealers on what I want and the price out the door. That way I can save myself headache and time. Great experience! I have purchased 4 vehicles from Toyota of Dallas and each purchase has been an easy and stress free experience. Ben Hopkins has been my salesman for each purchase and I will continue to purchase from him because he goes the extra mile to make sure you dont have to. From selecting my truck to the finance process it was quick and easy. It's worth the trip to Toyota of Dallas and I highly recommend this dealer and Ben Hopkins if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent Big selection. Everyone was friendly and eager to help in anyway they could . Sonny our sales person went above and beyond to make sure everything went fast and painless as possible. Even drove a hour to meet us to pick up title for our trade in so we wouldn’t have to wait or make a extra trip back . They gave us $5000 more on our trade and sold us our new Sequoia $1,000.
