Unethical Service Dept I authorized my insurance company to tow my car to Toyota of Dallas on July 21, 2017 (after business hours). A service rep called the following morning asking about my car’s issue. I received a second call stating it was the alternator. I authorized to repair whatever needed to be done concerning the alternator. I was told that a new alternator would be installed. Disappointing and disrespectful experience I am disappointed with my experience at this dealership and with a lack of response from the dealership management. Friday, April 5 2019, at first, working with Miguel Cardenas was helpful. He showed me several cars and helped me identify one of interest. However, I felt deceived when the salesman began negotiations with an out the door price $7k higher than the price advertised on-line. I walked out.
