Very disappointing I traded in my vehicle last week. My Toyota rep was Ari Prado. The entire process took 7 hours. Poor Ari had no explanation on why it was taking so long. Each time he would go back to the service area and come back with a blanket statement - "It shouldn't take too much longer." Upon arrival at home, I had some issues with the trade-in.
