Liars and cheaters. If I could give them negative stars, I would. AVOID!!!! I drove all the way from Austin to buy a truck I saw listed on AutoTrader. When I called to verify the price, they tried to increase the price, but ended up agreeing to the price listed. During my visit, I notice the antenna, floor mats, and some interior accessories are missing. I ask about this, and the salesman, Flabio, says that they don't come with those, and points out all the trucks on the used lot that are missing them. I asked if they just t... read more

Poor services, lies and deception. Ruined Credit SCORE 6/13/2019 Take my words. DFW Law enforcement Employee's Review. Toyota of Dallas,Texas Stay out of this dealership and shop somewhere else. Syed or Culus or any of his assistant will play game for 7 days calling you every other day and then screw the new car dealership experience. 1. They insist and lie about Toyota only finance because they get higher kick backs. 2. More than 2 employees will haggle you, and lead you on for 7 days or more by not understanding you want n... read more

Worst experience in a long time They will lie to you about prices through text or email to get you in. Then, they’ll try to make you pay 60k for a base Tundra and threaten you with a $200 fine if you don’t buy it lol. Toyota of Dallas is above the law. AVOID. P.S. Shootout to Syed that was really honest and saved the day (and he kicked Victor away from the table lol). Jonny Rivera did a good job as well on showing everything transparent.

Poor Deliverance. I had already been per approved by my credit union. The salesmen was just doing his job 👍🏽. It was and always guy number two that come in for the kill and the (BS). He’s the one that’s going to try to hit you with ALL the extra fees that most of the time is non-sense, all the time. What blew my mind was that guy #2 was willing to miss selling a unit over $1,800 that he New was a bunch of crap. Then he insult my intelligence with you know most dealerships don’t take outside finance and continue to tell me ... read more

Worth the drive. Wife and I drove 2 hours to do business with Toyota of Dallas. Cody and Taner kept their word and took care of us. Looking forward to doing business with these guys and the dealership again.

New car I’ve been a customer of Toyota of Dallas for several years three Toyota Highlanders. I wasn’t in the market for a new car, but Daniel KOECH from your new car sales contacted me and told me about year-end close out specials and peaked my interest enough to make an appointment and come see him. He was extremely helpful in finding the car exactly like I wanted and with Sandy‘s help came up with a Number that I could live with, so I purchased a 2019 Highlander Limited. Also in the finance department I was treated very pr... read more

Great experience I have purchased 25+ cars as an adult. This dealership is honestly the worst I have ever dealt with. They lied about interest rates when our credit scores are in the 800’s. The GM Darren is the most arrogant and dishonest car dealer I have ever purchased from. We test drove vehicles at Toyota of Grapevine and told them we were considering Toyota of Dallas and they warned us not to trust them. Even other car dealers know how dishonest and cutthroat this dealer is. Against our better judgment we still went bec... read more

Easy, Fast, comprehendible, 10/10 would buy there again Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to get a car I wanted, but they helped me out, helped me with my paper work, made it fast and easy and got me a new car that I was happy with. When I decide to upgrade, I know where I’ll be going.
