Professional We stopped by the dealer to buy a RAV4 and trade in an old car. The dealer has a lot of cars to choose. We picked a RAV4, got the deal, and received a low interest rate but the AirCheck does not approve to trade for a new RAV4. Bruce M and Syed Jafri helped us find a different car. They both were patient and professional to walk us through the process. We drove out with a new Camry. Thank you Bruce M. Good job!!!

Excellent customer service and follow up after the sale Adrian Terrell and Charles Crawford were very professional in how they handled my car deal. Run Away! STOP! Do NOT waste your time or money at this scamming, lying, piece of crap want to be dealership. I’m sorry, I hate to be so blunt but I was a suckered, lies straight to my face and then accused of not being a smart buyer by the manager of this place. I’m not going to go into details but all I can hope for is that at least 1 person reads this and decides NOT to even look there. Experience before and after sale The one thing i would change is that the picture that were advertised on the internet was not the car It was correct number of car just not pictures. The car on internet showed it had navigation push start etc. also we weren’t made aware of the car only having one key until paper work was finalized. Which i believe was misleading.
