Came in on a whim last year while driving by the dealership on a Saturday and ended up being assisted by John Imparato. He took me on a test drive of a stunning new Tacoma and went over all the changes that have been made since I bought mine. I’ve never had a better or smoother car leasing experience! So grateful that we got to work with Alens! Avoid this place like the plague. They sell used vehicles that they do not have the title to and that still have liens. This is against the law. My elderly mother purchased a used vehicle outright from Lia Toyota 25 days ago and she still has not received it. After she entered into a sales contract, which obligates her to trade-in her current vehicle, the dealership said they didn't have the title. She later discovered through her insurance company that there is a lien on the vehicle with a Michigan bank. Checked again today... read more
