Not Happy! Just moved in and this is my first night and there was a roach in my master bedroom. If you find one I’m sure more will come and I am not happy.. I am terrified! Apartments are dated and the quality of “upgrades” are not luxury as claimed. They just put granite over old structure. I did a virtual tour due to stay at home orders and read reviews and was confident but I’m really not happy here. I drove over 3 hours to get here when they opened and had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get the keys because they were cleaning. A... read more

Awesome apartments and service I have live in towns of chapel hill blvd for almost 4 years now and have never had a problem with customer service or really anything and it’s right beside a great shopping mall

Customer service is terrible and no respect for tenants property. One star is as low as I can go. Office refuses to work with you and schedule maintenance around times you will be home. When you ask for this courtesy you're told no or given a 4-day window of when they will drop by which is unrealistic. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's the worst apartment experience I have ever had, hands down.
