Good location The location is good for my needs. The apt is clean. Disappointed that they went up on rent during COVID era when people are struggling financially. None of my friends experienced rent increases but oh well. Also disappointed in the trash service. It’s $22 month and the bins are always over flowing with trash. Could be due to people who live here, but it’s gross. Its quiet, the grounds are always kept nice and clean, The management team are always very nice and responsive, maintenance shows up right away and gets everything done quickly, I love my apartment and have no complaints.
