Verified Renter I relocated to Texas from the East Coast and Towns of Chapel Hill was my 1st place of residence. I selected this community instead of a place in Frisco because of the square footage and it was pretty good for 6 months. I dont know what happened when I decided to hold off on purchasing a house and continue my stay at Towns of Chapel. It seemed to have all gone down hill.
Verified Renter I really love living at Towns. It is a nice smaller complex and the staff here does get to know you (which is a nice change from other complexes).
Verified Renter I moved into my apartment on 2.1.22, and although there were a few issues to resolve, management and maintenance quickly addressed my concerns. In my opinion, this experience is one of the best I have had regarding a new move. Thank you Towns of Chapel Hill!

TOCH has a roach problem I have lived here for 3 years with no issues. I have been dealing with a roach problem since August that does not seem to be a concern for management. My downstairs neighbor had roaches, the complex was aware, and they only treated his apt. This in turn caused the roaches to migrate into my apt.
