TOCH has a roach problem I have lived here for 3 years with no issues. I have been dealing with a roach problem since August that does not seem to be a concern for management. My downstairs neighbor had roaches, the complex was aware, and they only treated his apt. This in turn caused the roaches to migrate into my apt.
