Apartment Review Chapel Hill Apartments is close to Willow Brook Mall so you can walk across the street and close to the major highways.
Best apartment I've lived in so far We've had such a good experience thus far even though it started off pretty rocky at first. Has to switch apartment building due to a loud neighbor. The maintenance guys here are probably the best I've seen ever! Very friendly and attentive and always see them working hard.
Solid Option Overall a good option. I got a 1-bedroom top floor and LOVE the floorplan: very spacious, new and updated appliances, balcony, gas fireplace, everything I was looking for in an apartment and at an excellent price. Maintenance has been good but not great. Have had a few issues that took several visits to resolve and their response time has ranged from quick (same day) to slow (3-4 days after request).
