Verified Renter I've been a resident of Towns of Chapel Hill apartments going on 4 years. It's been a pleasant experience all around. The grounds look beautiful all year round, which to me is a big plus that the community I live in is well maintained even through the COVID year. It's easy to submit maintenance requests and make rent payments on their convenient online portal. I've been very happy here.

Verified Renter Towns of Chapel Hill is a great place to live. Its quiet and peaceful and easily in a great location.
Good location The location is good for my needs. The apt is clean. Disappointed that they went up on rent during COVID era when people are struggling financially. None of my friends experienced rent increases but oh well. Also disappointed in the trash service. It’s $22 month and the bins are always over flowing with trash. Could be due to people who live here, but it’s gross.
