Terrible experience! They tried to break a contract they made ME sign about my move out date. Then the manager was going to charge me for 2 extra days even though my 60 day notice contract gave me until the 29th of September to move out. I am in the process of filing a claim against them because they will not give me back my deposit. They are trying to charge me for rent that I already paid. Do not move here. Good until you run into a problem I have lived here for more than three years and had wonderful experience. But lately the maintenance quality has gone down tremendously so much so that others are able to open my garage and apartment maintenance can't fix it. It has been more than two weeks, and still not fixed despite multiple reminders in person. Every now and then I see my garage door open.
