Verified Renter The Towns of Chapel Hill is a very quiet community with an excellent location. It is very convenient to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. There is a quaint little park with a walking path that is perfect for a daily walk adjacent to the property. I appreciate the professionalism of the office staff and their effort to make me feel welcomed.

Verified Renter The complex has many pluses. Two story townhouses mean that no one is above or below your unit which makes for a quieter experience than a regular apartment. Also, having a half bath downstairs is a nice convenience. The master bedroom is impressively spacious. Although there are issues at Chapel Hill, as at any complex, generally the staff are professional, competent, and caring. Verified Renter A very friendly community and quiet neighborhood. The front office is very helpful and communicative. The maintenance is really fast at responding and responding.
Verified Renter I relocated to Texas from the East Coast and Towns of Chapel Hill was my 1st place of residence. I selected this community instead of a place in Frisco because of the square footage and it was pretty good for 6 months. I dont know what happened when I decided to hold off on purchasing a house and continue my stay at Towns of Chapel. It seemed to have all gone down hill.
