I was in and out with an accurate diagnosis, medication super fast. The staff was amazing! I’d recommend to everyone!
The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be given how sick I am. They didn’t make me speak any more than necessary due to my very sore throat. They even filled my prescriptions for me. Than you!
I am an R.N. I had a dry cough for 5 days and continued to feel worse and was unable to sleep because of the cough. The crew at Total Access Urgent Care (St. Charles) as usual listened to my symptoms, did the appropriate testing and diagnosed me spot on. They were very thorough and started and running test to see why I was sick. The staff was very kind. The office was very clean.
Very friendly. I was seen in a timely manner. Even though there was a small computer glitch that delayed my xrays, they were still friendly and apologetic for the delay. Everything was explained to me, and all my questions were answered.
We have been here twice in the last few months and both times we received excellent care.
****Buyer Beware!!******** "Total Access" apparently means total access to your bank account. I paid our insurance copay at time of service and figured I would get a bill in the mail for what wasn't covered. They did not send a bill instead they took money directly from my bank account because that's the card I paid my co-pay with and they save the number for future charges!
