I am a returning patient. The staff is great. One of the nicest things is that there always seems to be enough staff there, so that you are seen in a timely, courteous manner. And, they have a pharmacy. That is a plus when you don't feel well.
They take time with you and very efficient.
I have always gotten very caring and thorough exams. I have never left feeling that my problems were not resolved.
I'm a repeat customer (not frequent). I've used this facility for different issues:bronchitis, sinusitis, and ankle issues. Every time is a consistently positive experience. Check-in is easy, staff is very friendly and efficient. There has not been any excessive wait times, even while waiting for testing to be done and for getting the results. Thorough, great listening skills, great explanations & always receive professional service & helpful solutions & meds. LOVE these guys!!!
I love Total Access Urgent Care! It seems we get sick on weekends or evenings, when our Primary care doctor is inaccessible. They pride themselves on getting you in and out in about an hour, when busy, so they are staffed well to do this. And, they have it all! Lab, CT Scan, prescriptions at great rates, EMT’s on staff, as well as very friendly and qualified Doctors. I highly recommend them.
Staff was professional and courteous. Examine my problem and gave solution for knee problem.
I had fallen and wanted to know if I had broken anything so I went to TAUC. They were very busy but kept everyone informed. I needed X-rays & CT Scan which takes longer to get the results back. They kept checking on me and giving updates. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was very thorough. I really appreciated their care and concern.
