My doctor and all of the staff made me feel welcome ( even though I came in the office pretty close to closing) and they did everything a hospital could do but 1,000 times cheaper and quicker! Thank you Total Access St.Charles for taking care of me today �
RecommendedThis is an excellent urgent care. I had to bring my son in last night when he cut his knee and needed stitches. He is autistic and was extremely scared. Everyone on staff was patient and kind. They answered all of his questions regardless of how many times he asked. They all took great care of him and now he's on the mend. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location, as well as other locations. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been very friendly, helpful and thoroughly take care of my needs, especially with my 2 young children. My experience was great at the Mexico Road location, fast and friendly. Saved a lot of money and time coming here. The EMT that took my stitches out was hot, so shoutout to you Efren.
Staff was amazing!!! Everyone was kind and professional and the doctor knew exactly what the problem with my foot was immediately!! Started treatment while I was there and it’s already feeling 10 times better today (next morning). No wait, got right in also.. Definitely will use them again if need be.
