Recently went to Total Access at Cave Springs and couldn't have been happier with my service. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! The computer was taking a few extra minutes to load and the lady was so apologetic even though she did nothing wrong. They checked on me numerous times and were just real and kind. Loved the service and will recommend them to everyone

I went in after being assaulted. Everybody was very professional, caring and compassionate. The check in process took all of 5 minutes. Between all the tests, ct scans, etc. I was probably in and out within an hour and a half with a diagnosis of multiple facial fractures, prescriptions for antibiotics and meds to ease the pain along with referrals to a specialist. Very quick to check us in and doctors and staff super nice and helpful.
My daughter fell down some steps and hurt her ankle but needed to go back to SEMO- I didn't want to send her off with a broken foot so we went to Total Access in St. Charles to get an x-ray of her foot- which was not broken but just sprained :) All of the staff we encountered were nice and professional and we were very pleased with the care received.
